Once, a confident honors student whose first year of high school hits harder than expected. Her grades are slipping, the pressure is rising, and the version of herself she worked so hard to become suddenly feels out of reach.

But Mia’s not giving up. With the help of her best friend KyNeshia, her wise and witty grandpa Joe Thomas, and a whole lot of sticky notes, she begins the journey back to believing in herself.
